Warren Rojas

Executive Pastry Chef

Started his Executive Pastry Chef career while working as a pastry cook for an Atlanta based special events company. Following a movie-like fate, after a few months working there, one of his cakes was noticed by the company’s founder, who selflessly decided to invest in Warren’s education at Le Cordon Bleu. Sixteen years later, after working for different bakeries, he is finally opening a bakery that has allowed him to express his deep knowledge for pastry, creativity and culture all at once.
