The “Unregular” dream expands. From making pizza in their apartment back in 2020, Gabriele Lamonaca and Paola Sinisgalli step gracefully into their dream of bringing high quality Italian modern food concepts to New York City. It all began by bartering pizza from home and then opening the first Roman-style pizzeria in May 2021 in Union Square. Unregular Bakery, like the original pizzeria, is located in Union Square and its secret weapon is its bomboloni and croissant menu co-created by Chef Warren Rojas. Home to the bombaspritz, 1000 pain au chocolat and the bufala croissant everything here is made with a twist… Come in… Look around and let the outcast bakers take you through a journey you won’t forget!

1000 Pain au Chocolat
A Pain au Chocolat that promises "a piece of chocolate in every bite". The multiple pieces of "pain" all elegantly come together in an unicum that presents the customers with a generous piece of french chocolate in every piece.
Made entirely with buffalo butter imported from province of Manfredonia, Apulia. Strong milky taste, making the croissant intensely falvorful, moist on the inside and pleasantly crunchy on the outside.
